Did you try to reset the PIN number?
Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

I am suffering from Fizz voicemail not working then I submitted a ticket # 202232 on 6th November then I received test then the ticket closed on 8th November without solving the problem
In in Québec and my phone is active and my voicemail also active and paid

Hi, it would be better to open your own discussion. Have you tried the suggestion given above? I don't know if this can help but I'll give you some ideas.
“If you are forwarding your calls to another number, the voicemail won’t pick up the call.”
“Make sure you have the voicemail option as part of your plan, and that your plan has minutes or else you will not be able to access it whether from your mobile phone or another phone. ”
To access your voicemail from abroad and manually, you must call from another phone (from a “Non Fizz phone) to listen to your messages and use this number: +15146470999.
Activate roaming on your phone (used) in the network options so that it automatically connects to the country's partner network.
