Urgent . Payments are rejected. I am in Europe, what am I to do ?
Hi , I am stressed out . Since last year I have 2 cell telephones numbers and one home internet with fizz (I was registering them on different dates in different months) . I only have one Costco CIBC master card that I never changed . So far everything was going fine with my payments until recently. My home internet got suspended, I try to contact my master card and everything is ok - fizz try 4 times to charge my card 0$ ( it was my doing -I was trying 4x to pay and every time got message from fizz “ unsuccessful” attempt ) . My ticked to fizz is unanswered. What am I to do now ?. I don’t have another card with me , other people are saying that even new cards are being rejected. I don’t want to loose my telephone numbers I have one number for 25 years and the other for 15 years . Please help !

Hi,
Recently there have been issues with Fizz payments using CIBC Costco Mastercard, they are aware of the issue, but for immediate relief I recommend changing your payment method (at least for this 1 payment) until the situation wit the trasnaction broker between Fizz and CIBC mastercard is resolved.

Fizz please fix the payment problem . There is nothing wrong with my CIBC master card . I checked 3 times . My Master Card is assuring me that everything is fine at there end and they are saying that every time I try to make a payment and clic pay - fizz is only asking 0$ not my full amount. What is wrong at Fizz side . Fizz please ask for the full amount , my master card will pay , they have been doing that for over a year .

Not so easy to come up with alternative payment methods while being in Europe…
I’m very happy to no be affected by this problem so far. Anyway, from what I see and read, Fizz handles this very badly

As Alexsolo mentionned, Recently there have been issues with a lot of different Fizz payments not only with your credit card.
I suggest you to go to a pharmacy or supermarket, and get a prepaid credit card like mastercard vanilla one and pay with it.
