Technician never came no service

I signed up for service and the technician never showed up. The next appointment for service is in 10 days. This is the worst company, I'm going somewhere else.

    Sorry about your situation, however, keep in mind that the technicien is from Videotron and not Fizz

    Try to contact the support, to see if they have a solution for you

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    @RonnyD If you were able to make 4 forum posts about this subject, then you should have been able to chat with the support line directly.

    Fizz keeps closing the discussions I open without providing any explanation for why their technician never showed up and then claimed I was not at home.

    I have still never received any explanation for this, and the customer service at this company is terrible. STAY AWAY from this company and its terrible service!!
