New VoLTE compatible SIM Card never received
I did order the new SIM card when I received the request from Fizz (before the end of August).
I have not received anything yet...it's been over a month for sure. And I do not see any order in my Order history! Can someone please confirm my order and provide tracking number?
I really hope I get the 5 Gb that were promised with the offer :-(

did you try to reapply for the free card? You should be able to see it
Fizz accumulated some delay on the delivery
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
