Contacting loved ones in Iran
Hello,
I got the international plan for contacting family members in Iran. However, I can't contact customer service for a refund on the purchase. Support 24/7 is just a search bar, that doesn't help with requesting a refund. Please let me know how I can process a refund.

It's ok, I have escalated the refund request for you.
It will be visible in your transaction history and the funds will be returned after a few days.
Regarding our support, please make sure you are logged into your account, and after that open an FAQ like this one for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services .
