Did you reboot your phone?
Do you see that your plan is currently active on the Fizz portal?
If it's the case, that you reboot your phone after 2-3 hours and still have no service, you will have to chat with the support.
To contact Fizz, go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues , at the bottom, there is a green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support.
