currently my plan is paid but it doesn't work. Its been more then 2 hours I need help
Did you reboot your phone?
Do you see that your plan is currently active on the Fizz portal?
If it's the case, that you reboot your phone after 2-3 hours and still have no service, you will have to chat with the support.
