I just bought a sim card and the vending machine did not give me the chip and the money was deducted from my card.

    It is possible to buy a SIM card physically at a vending machine or stores.
    Getting it yourself
    • Our SIM cards are available in participating Couche-Tard stores
    • We also have vending machines in the busiest stations of the Montreal subway
