If you can't log in using Facebook, you can always log into your Fizz account using the email address you have linked to your Facebook account and the password.
You will have to first reset your password and after that, log in.
To reset your password, you need to go to the Fizz login page, enter the email address and then press on the forgotten password link.
That will send you a link to reset the password.
After you reset the password, go to the Fizz login page again and use the email and the password you just created to log into your account.
