I cannot add a new payment method
Hi,
My credit card expired so I need to update my payment method but I cannot. It's the third time in two weeks that I log in and after I click "Add new payment method" the page never loads. I don't know what to do, i've used the website and the pc app to do this but both give me infinite loading.

Following the verifications I see that you contacted us in private and a colleague create a ticket for this issue, which is under verifications by our technical team.
You can see the progress of it from your Fizz account by going at: My settings -> My tickets.

Some time, it might help clearing cache, deleting cookies... You can try using another browser like Firefox or EDGE or in a private tab...

Thank you for the help though unfortunately I had already tried using edge instead of chrome and clearing all of my browsing data on Chrome. I'll try talking with support, thanks again!
