As for your questions, please note that after a deactivation for mobile plan, the number is reserved to you for 60 days. After this period you can reactivate the plan, however you will have to select a new number.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you trying to recover an old number you haven't used in a long time ? If this number is not currently active with a service provider, then I'm afraid there isn't a way to recover it. Only active numbers can be ported in.

If your service is disable for more than a month. you will not be alble to get it back.
