I NEED TO RECOVER MY NUMBER BUT I DON'T HAVE A SIMCARD, I BUY A NEW SIMCARD, BUT WHEN I GO TO ACTIVATE IT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY NUMBER

    As for your questions, please note that after a deactivation for mobile plan, the number is reserved to you for 60 days. After this period you can reactivate the plan, however you will have to select a new number.
