Mobile Account transfer

Hello.

I have a mobile plan with Fizz under my name/email, but my wife uses it. It is her phone number.

Would it be possible to transfer the ownership from me to her. I mean, all I have to change is the name and the email on the account.

    Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
    You can change the name of your account by going in your Fizz account at: My settings. For more information, you can verify this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-account-settings

    As for the email change, you will have to contact us in private since this can't be made from your end.
    However, please note that our advise is to keep personal each Fizz account.
    You will remain the contact person, even with the name and email changed as in the services agreement of your plan will remain your name.
