Is chat broken for anyone else today?
I have tried on 4 different devices but the fizz website chat will not work for me.
The green ? does appear, but clicking the chat option does not open the chat page... nothing happens.
I have been waiting for hours with my question posed on Facebook messenger,
is the fizz website broken? can anyone else access the chat?

The fizz website is indeed broken. Its truly terrible.
So many broken links , the chat feature is definately bugged, You can't add a credit card, you can't pay to add data.
Its a shitshow. They need better developpers to work on their website.

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered!
There were some maintenance works in the past recent days, so the chat functionality was not fully available a few times, as we apologize for the inconvenience.
Please try to use fresh new installed browsers, or via Incognito to find the Chat bubble - be sure that you are logged to your Fizz account whilst browsing the FAQ`s.

I haven`t seen the Chat bubble since I signed up in July. I usually contact them via FB but you need to be patient.
