    First of all, thank you for being part of the Fizz family!

    As for the issue with the activation, I verified and saw you just contacted us in our live chat a few minutes ago and one of my colleagues created a ticket for our technical team in order to resolve this as soon as possible. You can verify the progress of the ticket from your Fizz account by going at: My settings -> My tickets.

    And also, once they confirm us that the plan is activated and properly working, we will inform you via email.

    I am counting on your understanding and we remain available 24/7 for any other questions in the meantime.
