Hi,

I can't access internet on my mobile phone. I've checked and I still have data. It just stopped working during the night it seems.

I've rebooted and checked everything.

I saw some people had the same issue, I think there might be a problem on your side !

    This is definitely a Fizz issue... It seems to be affecting a lot of people and in particular those who have bought a travel add-on.

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    Thank you for your patience, we are receiving a high volume of contacts at the moment, earlier today, we identified an issue with our mobile service. Some members cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts or use mobile data.

    Service has now been completely re-established. Your phone should automatically reconnect to the network within the next few minutes. Our contact volume remains very high.
