Internet outage

my internet connection is not working, I’ve tried resetting the modem twice. All the lights are on and my devices are able to connect to modem via wifi. It appears the internet connection to the modem is not working (also got an error when running a speed test on the modem). Verified all the cables are connected correctly.

    I have verified your Fizz account and I see that your modem is online, and the signals are alright as well. In history there are some fluctuations in the signals, however, the connection should be working properly now. Also, there is no work carried out in your area affecting the services.
