SIM card not working at all

I activated and got the number and the plan and paid for everything I choose the network on my phone . Restarted it and it’s been 4 hours now and it still not working . What do I do ?

    I am sorry to hear about that, 
    I have verified your account and I see that your plan is activated and in good standing.
    You have activated the plan today at 16:36 and it takes 2 hours for the plan to be fully operational.

    contact Fizz customer service to know what’s happening whit your activation

    You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
