Hello, this is just comment to Fizz.

To make the plan selection not confusing, please remove the word "visual" for the voicemail service.

Your offering gives the impression that by not selecting "visual voicemail", you will still get the basic voicemail, but that's not true.

So, please make it explicite that the visual voicemail is the only voicemail available.

Thank you

They won’t do anything if you just say it here. It’s bizarre but that’s the way it is

You need to contact them to make your suggestion.

here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that isue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

    Hi

You have a valid comment. Fizz was excited to add Visual Voicemail - https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2621577/yes-we-have-a-new-voicemail-%F0%9F%A4%97

    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-visual-voicemail-and-how-does-it-work

"Visual voicemail is now the basic voicemail for our mobile plans. So whatever name you see, Voicemail or Visual voicemail, know that we're referring to the same thing, Visual voicemail."

Some suggestions might be to change the description - "Voicemail (including Visual Voicemail)"

Or Fizz can add a pop-up "Are you sure?" warning when opting out of Voicemail, like they do now for Texts and Calling Minutes.

Perhaps @Whizz will chime in here.
