Chat is not working
Hey @Whizz, I am trying to use Chat to contact support. But it is not working.
I am using Chrome Version 98.0.4758.107 (Official Build) (64-bit), I went to:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services, then wait 3 seconds for "?" icon to appear, then click Chat.
Then nothing happens.
I also tried starting in French: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/etat-services same thing, nothing happens.
I made sure to disable ad blocker.
Seems there are recurring problems with the Chat: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2624032/chat-is-not-working
Someone recommended using Chat as "the only effective and quickest method" in a different thread: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/comment/6619151/#Comment_6619151 Is that still correct?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
In order to access the chat, it's important that you are logged into your Fizz account.
You can also use the FAQ you mentioned as a workaround or if you are not able to log in.

if the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.
-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca
-Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

I reported the Chat problem to Support via Facebook messenger, they said:
I see in your post that you are using Chrome, please delete the cookies and the cache and test with another internet browser, too. Please also test staying a few moments on the help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do and the bubble will appear.
and here is what worked for me:
I deleted the cookies, it still did not work. I cannot test with another browser, because I am using a Chromebook, which only has Chrome browser. I tested on https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do and that worked.
