Chat is not working
I clicked on bubble with question mark, then on chat or messenger, but none of them work...

Hi Olga, try to switch to french version of the website by clicking on the little planet on top of the screen, then retry all what you did with the green bubble... Don't know why but you'll see, it'll work.🙂

Also, make sure if you have any popup blocker (like ublock origin or similar) that it is disabled on the fizz pages.
Or maybe try a different browser (chrome, edge, firefox, etc..)

Disable any popup blockers and try this page: "https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services"
Using Edge, popup blocker disabled and in French, the Chat seems to work for me.
Did not work under chrome, in english or french.

I did. I will try another browser.. I find it really frustrating that it's so hard to reach representative for any issue...

I think they disabled it....Maybe due to all the issues they've been having. I was able to open it yesterday, but now I cant.

The facts are that you're right, but it's a big reason why the price are way better on Fizz than somewhere else.
But I do understand the frustration that some customers living by only tried to communicate with them.
It's unfortunately part of the game.😕
