    Hi Joelle,

This is the link from fizz for your problem

If you still have the problem Chat with Fizz support:

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat

If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

Fizz show you how to reach them in this link

    https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    Other means of contact

    ·        Whatsapp: (438) 393-5814

    ·        By private message on Twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    ·        By private message on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/

CHAT however is the only effective and quickest method

    Hello @Joelle T. #14708 , I suggest:

    • check the APN settings and if not set to Fizz, manually add them
    • reboot your phone
    • if the phone was used, by you or someone else, on another network, reset the Network settings to factory and add the Fizz APN settings
    • check for updates to your phone operating system and apps, reboot after any updates
    • it can take several hours after activating a SIM for it to establish a full connection to the Fizz network
    • if none of the above steps work, consider backing up all your user data on the phone, remove the SIM, reset it to factory settings, re-insert the SIM and reboot, hopefully this is a last resort and unnecessary

It's probbaly the APN settings as others have pointed out. Are you using Android or iPhone (or something else?)
