Hello Joelle T. #14708,
I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I can see that you have 2 lines and both appear to be in good standing.
I recommend restarting the phone and testing again after.
Here you can also find more troubleshooting you can try: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages
If by any chance the issue persists please contact our support team to provide more details: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

Hello @Joelle T. #14708 , I suggest:
- check the APN settings and if not set to Fizz, manually add them
- reboot your phone
- if the phone was used, by you or someone else, on another network, reset the Network settings to factory and add the Fizz APN settings
- check for updates to your phone operating system and apps, reboot after any updates
- it can take several hours after activating a SIM for it to establish a full connection to the Fizz network
- if none of the above steps work, consider backing up all your user data on the phone, remove the SIM, reset it to factory settings, re-insert the SIM and reboot, hopefully this is a last resort and unnecessary

It's probbaly the APN settings as others have pointed out. Are you using Android or iPhone (or something else?)
