I am sorry for this situation,
I have verified your account and I see that the plan you currently have, doesn't include the Voicemail (Visual Voicemail) as it is listed on the website.
In order to get access to Voicemail, you need to have it included in your plan. If you want to include it, you need to make a plan change, my plans> manage plan> adjust the plan.

I suggest you to directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

Log into your voicemail, listen to menu, select 3, then 1.
If you voicemail just got activated, you’ll have to set it up. Once that is done, here is how how to use it

I have to choose an option between 1 for service in English and 2 for service in French.. after that they ask my phone number but after finish typing it, they say that it is not a valid phone number
