Voice mail activation

When I tried to activated my voice mail, they said that my phone number is invalid but it’s the right phone number 418-XXX-XXXX… what am I supposed to do to have a voice mail?

    Hello @Winni,

    I am sorry for this situation,

    I have verified your account and I see that the plan you currently have, doesn't include the Voicemail (Visual Voicemail) as it is listed on the website.

    In order to get access to Voicemail, you need to have it included in your plan. If you want to include it, you need to make a plan change, my plans> manage plan> adjust the plan.
