I am so frustrated to find help. The website is set up not to bother fizz customer service. No phone number to call, no chat (I spent 30 min looking for a bubble or ?. Yes, I am signed in).

I bought an add-on for data while I was travelling to Mexico. I had my roaming on but still unable to connect. Lost my $5. I am travelling again and ask why I am unable to use my data but there's nobody to talk to.

I am changing the provider.

    Fizz Customer service agents are available online.

    ·       Sign into your account

    ·       Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

    ·       Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·       Choose the option 💬 chat

    ·       If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

    Chat is the quickest method, facebook is easier

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I just verified and the chat option is working properly.
    Please make sure that you are logged into your Fizz account and after that access one of our FAQs like this one for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-my-mobile-data-isn-t-working-why 
    The chat will appear on the green question mark from the bottom right-hand corner.
    Regarding your data issue, in the FAQ above you can find some troubleshooting you can try. 
    If the issue still persists contact our support to investigate this further.

    I booked an empty plan because this month only 3 days left. But can't change my plan anymore unless change next month's plan.

    Chat should work! Make sure you are logged in. Try with Incognito mode on your browser, the website has tons of issues.
