I am so frustrated to find help. The website is set up not to bother fizz customer service. No phone number to call, no chat (I spent 30 min looking for a bubble or ?. Yes, I am signed in).
I bought an add-on for data while I was travelling to Mexico. I had my roaming on but still unable to connect. Lost my $5. I am travelling again and ask why I am unable to use my data but there's nobody to talk to.
I am changing the provider.
