I'm unble to login The account section of the site is down. All route to contact for help require login How can I reach out for help? There is no phone # to call

    I just opened a private/incognito window and logged in, and had no issues.


    Tried using another browser ? Private Window ? Clear Cache ?

    Since you can access the forum, I presume it might be a session issue or a plugin/browser issue.

    1. disconnect explicitly with the left menu option "►Log out" (if it's available)
    2. close all Fizz tabs in your browser
    3. clear your cache and cookies ( anything like *.fizz.ca )
    4. reconnect

    Other things you can try:

    • connect with another browser
    • connect with another device (mobile, laptop, tablet)
    • use Incognito/Private mode
    • make sure no browser plugin blocks the page


    To reach Fizz customer service on their website but the ❔ is not visible or does nothing, make sure…

    • you really are on a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    • you scroll through the page and after 10-15 seconds the ❔ bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
    • you are really logged in with your account. Disconnect explicitly using "►Log out" in the left menu, close any Fizz tab, clear your cookies, reconnect.
    • no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
    • try in incognito mode
    • JavaScript is enabled
    • no VPN disables the rendering, some have ad blockers
    • to empty your cache
    • to try with a different browser, Chrome and Edge are known to work relatively well with Fizz
    • to try on another device (mobile, laptop, tablet)
