Impossible to view own account details after logging in

Hi,

It's been several months now that I cannot access my account details, to verify them or even

change my plan. After logging in, I can see my name at the top right-hand corner, but if I click on it or try and access my account, I always get the message "This site can’t be reached".

HOW CAN I VIEW MY ACCOUNT DETAILS. PLEASE ADVISE, THANK YOU.

    Hi,

you should clear your cache as well as clean your history, otherwise you can use another web browser. If you can, you can also try to connect from another device.

Are you using any popup blockers ? Person firewalls (usually part of 3rd party AntiVirus software) ? Or using DNS servers from services like OpenDNS ? They can often mistakenly block certain legit sites also.

You can also try to use an "icognito/private" tab to try to access them.

If you are comfortable with a command prompt, you can check to see what IP address it is trying to access. type "nslookup zone.fizz.ca" and see what it returns. IT should return something like this:

    ....

    Name:  zone.fizz.ca

    Address: 35.183.146.41

Here's a few things you should try:

1- Make sure you are not using a VPN or proxy

    2- Use incognito mode

    3- Clear you browser's cache

4- Try a different browser altogether
