Hi, am new to Fizz. Have Canada US plan, Tried calling someone in the States and a recording advised me that it was a long distance call, Is that normal?

    Yes, rest assured is normal.
    It's just an information message, no additional charges will be made since you already have Canada + USA coverage.

    After the recording, did the call ring to reach the person you were calling?

    If not, try restarting your phone and try again.

    By the way, did you also try dialing "1" before the 10 digit phone number?
