Hey everyone,

My internet keeps going down and coming back at exactly 1:30 am every 4 or 5 days or so. The modem just shuts down, all lights off except power light) Does anyone have this problem too?

    Thank you for reaching us.
    I just verified your connection and everything is looking good from my side.  
    Please try testing the modem using a different electrical outlet (preferably directly the one on the wall).
    Also, please try to avoid using extenders and surge protectors.
