Actualize payment method
Hello ! I got my card stolen a week ago and had to cancel it. Bad timing, so couldn't pay for my phone plan this month. I keep trying to click on " actualize payment method" right underneath, but it asks me to reconnect to me account. When I try to reconnect, it doesn't let me, it says my "password or username is incorrect" which I swear isn't, I keep double-checking.
This is very frustrating since I'm moving away soon and I need to contact some people and I find no answer nowhere. Every solution I read doesn't work. I tried to update my payment method under "profile", but it give me an infinite loading at the bottom whenever I try to add a new payment method.
