Higher transaction than expected
When I observe my transactions on my credit card, I see that the last automatic payment made is double than what I had configured in my plan. A transaction of $ 35.64 appears on my card, while I had planned a monthly payment only to finance my cellphone for two years.

You can check the transaction history on your Fizz account to know the exact details of each payment.

How can I contact the support team? I know I have no plans with Fizz, but I had a transaction on 25th September.

They have a live chat. Just login at your account then go to any help page (for example this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services).
At the bottom right you will find a green interrogation button. Click on it and choose chat. You should connect you with someone to help you.
