Higher transaction than expected

When I observe my transactions on my credit card, I see that the last automatic payment made is double than what I had configured in my plan. A transaction of $ 35.64 appears on my card, while I had planned a monthly payment only to finance my cellphone for two years.

You can check the transaction history on your Fizz account to know the exact details of each payment.

If there is a problem, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

They will surely be able to help you.

How can I contact the support team? I know I have no plans with Fizz, but I had a transaction on 25th September.

They have a live chat. Just login at your account then go to any help page (for example this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services).

At the bottom right you will find a green interrogation button. Click on it and choose chat. You should connect you with someone to help you.
