Paid for add-on for calling, still not able to make calls

I purchased an add-on for 60 minutes of calling, and was billed for it-- but each time I try to make a call, I am told that my current plan does not allow for my call to be connected. What do I do?

    Hi Chloeeeeeee

    Did you try restarting your phone?

    Which plan do you have and which area code are you calling?

    If you have a plan with Quebec coverage, you will be able to call numbers within Quebec.

    If you want to call a number outside your coverage area, you will need a long distance calling add-on.
