The phone orders can only be canceled in the first 30 minutes after the order is placed.
If you no longer wish to have this phone please wait until it's delivered and return it within 15 days.

When did you order the phone?
If you see it on the order history on your Fizz account, you can cancel it from there.

If there is any issue, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
