    Unfortunately if the appointment is missed, you will have to go on your account tomorrow to reschedule.

    Since you have moved, you can try setting up your modem to see if the cable connection is already working.

    For the appointment, you will have to set up another one. One day (24 hours) after the missed appointment, you will be able to see the reschedule button on your Fizz account.

    I can see that yesterday a colleague provided you with the steps and link for details on how to reschedule your moving appointment.

    Currently, it has been set for September 20th between 12:00 PM and 05:00 PM.
