LTE not working

I have an iPhone 8, and for a few weeks now my data hasn't been working. I've tried many things. For example, I have turned my airplane mode on and off, I took out my sim card, then put it back in, and etc.. It's weird because I still receive notifications with my LTE, I can still use imessage and I could hotspot others and it'll work for them..but not for me. I currently have 16gbs of data left and I can't use them. Does anyone know the problem or how to fix it?

    I understand that this should be frustrating.

    You should try those steps first (this worked for me). The steps for iPhone are on the bottom of the page : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

    If this not work, you'll need to contact Fizz so they can run a diagnostic : https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    As mentioned by @bubull , try the normal trouble-shooting steps first. If nothing works definitely reach out to Fizz support. It could also be a faulty SIM card. Hard to tell.
