DIfferent shipping and billing address

I am trying to buy a phone, but my billing and my shipping address are not the same and the site won't let me select a different shipping adresss than the one on my credit card. How can I separate those, so that I can purchase the phone?

    @vsavova You might not be able to do so for security reasons.

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble icon with a "?" to appear at the bottom right of the screen. Click on the icon and select Chat. (Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.)
