S21 in preparation

Hello,

I ordered an s21 yesterday, my order got through and got an email saying my order is confirmed. However it's been stuck in preparation for a while. Also when I look on the website it now says it's out of stock. Could it be that my order was an error from the system? Often happens at then end of supply availability. Thanks

    Thank you so much for your message. Checking your account, I notice the S21 already appears as delivered, on 6/30.     Your best bet would be to chat with Fizz support who can see the provisioning of your order.

    You can contact Fizz technical support by chat.

    Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
