No blue light on my Modem
Hi,
I do not have access to internet. I unplugged the modem 3 times and even restored it by putting a needle during 35s at the back ! And still, the only lights on are the first one, the arrow is flashing green and I don’t have any blue lights! It’s been like that for hours.
I have reached out to technical services but they can’t send anyone before Saturday!! This is unbelievable - I’m working from home so having wifi is a priority. Let me know if you can help. Thanks
