A modem reboot might solve this.
Mind you, a speed increase will take effect on the following day (not sure at what time tho) unless you summitted your change less than 48h from your plan's anniversary day.
Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

How long ago was the change? Make sure you restart the router!
Usually any change in your plan will only become active in your next payment cycle. So you will have to wait until your plan renews.
