Fizz incoming text message works every where in the world I went to. Japan Korea China Hong Kong Singapore, Russia , USA , no need pay any add on. No charge .
For data , you need pay in order to use it on overseas.
Phone call doesn't work in overseas. Neither incoming, nor outgoing. USA is only exception.

When travel is available, Fizz is a great travel sim card. Its overseas data addon is for worldwide, buy it plus a voip app such as textnow, you can call anywhere in Canada for free, as well as incoming and text messages.

My best tip would be to participate in the forum because you can level up fast and it is very andvantageous!

If you don't want to pay for data, but would like to have some just in case, no need to buy any, as Fizz offers “250MB mobile data” and “500MB mobile data” bonuses that are available pretty early on that can accumulate so you will always have access to some data if you're in an emergency 😊

I don't know... I just think Fizz made it really difficult to earn points unfortunately :(

It's very hard to get points. Let's say 1/10 of posts I did will be choosed as best answer ( impossible ). In order to teach 15000 points , I need 3000 posts. If I did 10 posts a day , I need 300 days to reach 15000 points.

Payment and referral will go a long way. You can post a few every day, but they removed a few features like Kudos and fast replies so it'll be harder

Some badges are easy to get, for example, add 1$ to your wallet even if you don’t need it. Send data to a friend, etc. Time will also help to obtain points, took less than 1 year to get to level 4 and I haven’t really participated to the community before recently.

Data gifting between family members can be useful to spend less overall (if you use 0.5Gb and one of your family member uses 1.5, you just have to both have a 1 GB plan)

There are 10 levels. Perks mostly get better, some get repeated.
Perks also seem to differ, I'm level 2 but only got offered a 50$ rebate on a phone, not a 100$ like most are talking about.

Also, if you're not into participating in forums but still want to level up, just sticking to paying the bills gives you points! You get 10 points per dollar in your bill.
