I suggest you to notify/contact Fizz support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

@Edouard A. #19056 also reported a similar problem in Ahuntsic this morning.
I suggested him to chat with Fizz to have a clear status.
Maybe it is a larger issue.

Hi @psymenouh and @odd ,
if your Internet is essential (work, distance learning, etc.) and that
- you prefer not to move to another wifi (say from a nice neighbor with permission of course)
- you have a relatively abundant cellular data plan (else ask for data in the newly created Data Gifting↗️ category)
- you are comfortable with the settings of your operating system...
...then you could share your LTE connection in "tethering" mode to your computer.

They should send an email went they have to do maintnance so people can act in consequence. In 2021 loose internet, event for few hours, is a big deal in my opinion.
