Try going in My plans / Manage / Appointments. Do you see something there?

Log out and Try again with a different browser, or clean the browser cache. if unscceful contact Fizz support by emal or chat.

Okay, this seems to be a bug in the system.
You can try the following:
- Use a different browser
 - Use incognito mode
 - switch from mobile to desktop or vice-versa
 - contact support and they may schedule the appointment manually for you. My Profile -> Contact Forms -> little green question mark
