Hi, I just signed up, in my account I see my profile, billing info and credit card but no....

...confirmation of my tech appointment set up for Wed March 24th or the internet plan I chose. In MY PLANS it just ask me if I want to get started and then wants me to start the process all over again including a time to for a tech to come and so on. Can anyone help?

    Try going in My plans / Manage / Appointments. Do you see something there?

    Log out and Try again with a different browser, or clean the browser cache. if unscceful contact Fizz support by emal or chat.

    Okay, this seems to be a bug in the system.

    You can try the following:

    • Use a different browser
    • Use incognito mode
    • switch from mobile to desktop or vice-versa
    • contact support and they may schedule the appointment manually for you. My Profile -> Contact Forms -> little green question mark
