I received an error payment email yet I was charged twice, will this issue be fixed?

I received a failure in payment email for my home internet plan but when I checked my bank account it seems like I was charged twice , can you please look into my file to fix this problem. Thanks

    Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day :)

    Yes many customers are experiencing issues with February payments.
