I was charged twice

Hello, I was charged twice for my Internet payment this month. As shown in the picture. On top of that, I even received an email saying the payment did not go through. I hope you guys will not charge me again the third time. Thus, I would like to receive a refund. Thank you!

    I also have the same issue. Is there any way I can get support as well? I was charged twice and got a text and email stating that "Your monthly payment failed".

    Apologies for the situation encountered.
    Checking your account I could see that you have been double charged as you've mentioned. Because of this, a ticket for the technical team was created and they are working on a fix. Please rest assured we are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible and refund you the amount that you've been charged for.
