Videotron seem to have difficulty with internet since couples of time.

It's not FIZZ, It's Vidéotron DNS Servers in Québec. All Québec region has this problem (Fizz and Videotron)12

Strange, I saw the problem in Montreal and Quebec for FIZZ and videotron user. Did you have change DNS before?11

I have the same issue.
As mentioned, you can change the DNS on the Fizz modem.
On your browser, go to http://192.168.0.1/ (username: cusadmin and your wifi password)
Make this change for now and your internet will work.10 -

Yes currently tablets work but phone and laptops cannot connect.10

Apologies for the situation experienced and for the late answer.
Yesterday around 1:00 pm we had a short downtime on our services and the ones affected were the Home internet and the Mobile data.
