How to contact customer support by chat

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option5 -

You can find the chat under My Profile >Contact Forms
A green question mark should appear on the right side. Good luck.5 -
If the green bubble does not work, you can contact them by facebook messenger. Of course, you will need to insist a little bit to have a real person talking to you, but it worked for me! Good luck! I hope you will solve your problem4
